You sign our contract, and make the first (of three) $1500 payment. Within a day or two, you’ll receive access to your personalized client portal.
Here, you’ll find all that you need to support you as we walk through the process together, including your pre-work.
The pre-work includes a link to the form I must have in order to start our work together.

Once I receive your completed form, I'll take a look at my schedule and pop your effervescent project into my next available time slot (we'll always start on a Monday), then will let you know our official start date.
On that date, I'll countersign our contract (you'll get a copy), and we're off!

By Friday of week 1, I'll send you the first draft of your brand board.
Make sure your weekend's open! You'll have all weekend to think it over and note any changes you'd like.
If I haven't heard from you by 9:00 am (eastern time) that coming Monday, I'll assume we're good to move forward with the options presented.
If you do have changes you'd like, make sure you get them to me before that time & I'll get to work implementing that day.

By end of my day that Monday (of week 2), I'll shoot you the updates, and you'll have until 9:00 am (eastern time) on that Wednesday to reply with any other small changes you'd like.
Wednesday, I'll start pulling all of these radiant pieces into a coherent whole, and prepping your files.
By Friday, I will have sent you a notification that everything is ready and waiting for you in your client portal, and we're officially ready to move into website build (SQUEE!)
Phase 1: (2 - 4 weeks)

On the third Monday of our project, we'll use whichever app we've chosen (Voxer or What's App) for questions and answers.
This is where we'll go over any clarifying questions I have from your intake form, and you can ask any questions you may have about the process so far, or what's coming.
I'll also get the bones of your website in place today.

I'll present the pages I've got (via Loom video), and will explain my design choices by end-of-day on the third Wednesday.
You'll have until that Friday (the third Friday of our total project) to respond with as many questions, concerns, or change requests as you've got in that time frame.

On the next Monday (the fourth Monday of our project), I'll make the requested changes (and respond to any questions or concerns you raised).
I'll then record a full walk-through of the site (again, via Loom video) and send that off to you by end of (my) day that Monday.
You'll have until that Wednesday to respond with any final edits. I'll implement those by end of day Thursday.

On that Friday (the fourth Friday of our project), we'll have handoff of the entire project.
If you'd like the site to go live that day, I'll initiate that process.
If you'd prefer to wait, I'll provide instructions for you to make it live when you're ready and will give you any remaining files + access to training videos.

I'm not in a position to process all the extra considerations that are involved in working between various countries in terms of other laws and financials etc..

Nope! What I'll do is reduce the current cost of the Brand Styling + Website by the cost you paid for the Brand Styling. That will be your total cost (divided into three payments).
